Join our team at Providence Facey Medical Foundation. As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world‑class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical / vocational nursing program
• Upon hire:
  California Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification
• 18 months of licensed nursing experience

• 1 year of office nursing experience
