Job Overview: We’re hiring a compassionate and team‑oriented CNA to join our senior care team in Los Angeles, CA. In this full‑time role, you’ll support participants of a PACE program—providing personal care and assistance both in the center and during transit to appointments. You'll help with bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital signs, while also keeping participants engaged in meaningful activities. • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding) to PACE program participants.
• Assist with vital signs and daily living activities.
• Support participants during transit to appointments.
• Engage participants in meaningful activities to promote well‑being.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California.
• At least 1 year of experience as a home aide or personal care attendant.
• Experience working with frail or elderly individuals.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
