Role Overview
The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for people management and RN‑level nursing care. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager directs day‑to‑day operations at the clinic, oversees staff, and coordinates clinic flow to ensure effective clinical services and quality of care standards are met.
EssentialJob Duties
- Provide leadership, oversight, and performance management to RN, LVN, and MA roles, ensuring all have role clarity and required training to perform their functions at the top of their license.
- Oversee clinic function and clinical needs in the center to ensure chronic and acute needs of participants are addressed properly, and liaise with the Complex Care team on smooth transitions of care to meet post‑discharge needs.
- Implement and enforce workforce plans and ensure appropriate staffing, recognizing the diverse experience levels of staff members and the unique needs of participants.
- Participate actively in direct participant care to ensure needs are met, practicing within the RN level of care.
- Effectively intercede with participants and their families, resolving concerns related to the delivery of health care services.
- Exercise flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered RN license; bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
- Five (5) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Experience leading in a data‑driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects.
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Salary is $132,181–$174,478 per year, plus bonus and equity. Pay is adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
