Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our healthcare team in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to provide comprehensive care to women throughout their reproductive lifespan. As a CNM, you will work collaboratively with obstetricians and other healthcare providers to offer prenatal, labor, and postpartum care, as well as gynecological services.

- Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including assessments, screenings, and education
- Assist and oversee labor and delivery processes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Deliver postnatal care and education to new mothers regarding recovery and infant care
- Conduct gynecological examinations, offer family planning services, and educate patients on reproductive health
- Work closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other health professionals in a team-based approach
- Advocate for the health needs of women and provide counseling on lifestyle and wellness
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and care plans
- Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification and active California nursing license
- Master s degree in Nursing with a focus on midwifery
- Experience in midwifery, obstetrics, or women s health preferred
- Strong clinical skills in maternal and child healthcare
- Exceptional communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
