Join a mission-driven team in Downtown LA as a Complex Care RN specializing in hands-on geriatric care through the PACE program. This full-time, clinic-based role involves direct patient care for frail older adults across clinic, home, and community settings. You'll assess, plan, and execute personalized nursing care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while practicing at the top of your license.
Key Details :
- $44-$55 / hr + $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Monday-Friday, onsite, day shift (no remote work)
- Requires current CA RN license, AHA BLS, and valid CA driver's license
- Must have 2+ years in geriatric / complex care & hands-on clinical experience
- Preferred : PACE experience & bilingual (Spanish)
