CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• LVN/LPN of California
• Active CA license
• 1 year of Outpatient experience
• Urgent Care experience
• IV Certified
• Proficiency with high volume and difficult stick IV starts and blood/lab draws
• Travel Experience Required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

• Minimum of 1+ year of outpatient experience
