• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care under the direction of the RN and DON
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to clinical leadership
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your care team
• Contribute to care plan development and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Prior SNF or post-acute care experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and resident dignity
