Travel RN - Operating Room - Outpatient Surgery​/Same Day Surgery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Outpatient Surgery/OR position in California, requiring recent scrubbing and circulating experience and a CA RN license.

Job Details

• Work in an ambulatory surgery center, outpatient surgery setting,

• Perform circulating and scrubbing in General, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedics (spine, sports medicine, hand/podiatry), Urology, GYN, and breast oncology cases,

• Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required,

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required,

• Current BLS certification from AHA required,

• CNOR certification preferred,

• Minimum of 2 years of recent operating room experience including scrubbing and circulating,

• Previous travel experience required,

• Recent experience in scrubbing and circulating for outlined case types required,

Additional Information

• Must complete onboarding modules prior to start, ranging from 1-4 hours and documented by certificate,

• Onboarding documentation must be submitted in advance of the start date,

• First time travelers are accepted if all experience requirements are met,

• Locals are allowed at the same rate,

• Professional attire or hospital-designated scrubs required,
