Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.
Responsibilities- Provide wound evaluation and management, including dressing changes, debridement, and G‑Tube procedures (training provided).
- Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds at skilled nursing facilities and conduct Home Health visits as needed.
- Establish and implement care plans within facility protocols.
- Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and experienced with the SNF environment.
- Current CA medical license and certification
- At least 2 years of wound care, debridement, and SNF experience
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Wound Care Certification preferred, willingness to travel 100% preferred
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, with on‑call and weekend duties as needed
- Pay range: $1,000–$1,300 per day
