Position Summary & ResponsibilitiesProvide emergency care using nursing process in ER setting
Triage, assess, and manage acute/critical patients
Administer medications and coordinate rapid interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care
Educate patients/families and assist with discharge planning
Delegate tasks and maintain accurate documentation
RequirementsAcute care/ER experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
