Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a compassionate and skilled Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative outpatient clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive and personalized healthcare services to women at various stages of life, ranging from adolescent care to menopausal management. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the health and well-being of our patients through expert medical assessments and individualized care plans.

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility, featuring modern amenities tailored specifically for women's health services. Our clinic encourages a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where medical professionals from various specialties work together to optimize patient outcomes. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient needs.

Occasionally, you may be required to work weekends for special events or urgent circumstances.

• Conducting thorough women's health assessments, encompassing comprehensive medical history evaluation, physical examinations, and necessary screenings.
• Diagnosing and managing common women’s health issues such as reproductive health disorders and gynecological infections.
• Delivering family planning services, which include contraceptive counseling and prescribing methods tailored to individual patient needs.
• Performing routine gynecological exams such as Pap smears and breast examinations, ensuring adherence to preventive health guidelines.
• Managing prenatal care for expectant mothers, monitoring fetal development, and providing childbirth education.
• Collaborating closely with obstetricians and specialists to ensure coordinated care for our pregnant population.
• Providing education on sexual and reproductive health, including STD prevention and fertility awareness.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans accordingly, and providing follow-up care.
• Documenting patient encounters accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient care outcomes.
• Staying abreast of the latest trends and research in women’s health to improve your practice and patient education.

You will serve a diverse patient population, providing care tailored specifically to the unique health needs of women throughout their lives. Our patients range from young women seeking guidance on family planning to older women managing menopausal symptoms. We strive to create an inclusive environment where every patient feels safe and respected.

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
• A valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida.
• Current board certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Demonstrable clinical experience in women's health, ideally within a primary care or OB/GYN setting.
