Work EnvironmentYou will be working in an advanced, welcoming outpatient office designed with the specific needs of our patients in mind. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive women’s health assessments that include detailed medical history evaluations, thorough physical examinations, and routine screenings to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Diagnose and effectively treat common women's health conditions, such as reproductive health issues, gynecological infections, menstrual disorders, and menopausal symptoms.
- Offer family planning services, providing expert contraceptive counseling, prescribing methods and fitting devices, while educating patients on reproductive health matters.
- Perform routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears and breast examinations, while utilizing modern diagnostic tools to enhance patient care.
- Manage comprehensive prenatal care, monitoring fetal development through regular visits, and educating expectant mothers on the stages of pregnancy and safe childbirth practices.
- Work collaboratively with obstetricians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care during pregnancy, enhancing the quality of service provided to patients.
- Educate patients on sexual and reproductive health, addressing topics such as STD prevention, fertility awareness, and preconception care, to foster informed decision-making.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds and lab results, forming effective treatment plans based on evidence and patient needs.
- Prescribe medications, monitor effectiveness, manage side effects, and provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Document all patient encounters accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining high standards for client data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care standards and overall health outcomes in our clinic.
- Keep current with the latest advancements and ongoing research in women’s health through continuing education and professional development activities.
Your focus will be on a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents seeking family planning services to expectant mothers requiring comprehensive prenatal care, and women experiencing menopause.
