As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, consisting of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical nurses, and administrative staff who work together to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive women's health assessments including thorough medical history evaluations, physical examinations, and routine screenings to identify health concerns.
• Diagnose and treat a range of common women’s health issues, such as reproductive health challenges, gynecological infections, menstrual disorders, and symptoms associated with menopause.
• Provide family planning services encompassing contraceptive counseling, prescribing contraceptives, and educating patients about reproductive health options.
• Perform routine gynecological exams including Pap smears, breast exams, and necessary screenings to monitor women's health.
• Manage prenatal care by overseeing expectant mothers’ health, including fetal development monitoring, conducting prenatal visits, and educating on pregnancy and childbirth.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for pregnant patients.
• Counsel and educate patients on a broad range of sexual and reproductive health topics, including STD prevention and fertility awareness.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasounds and lab work, and make treatment decisions based on the outcomes.
• Prescribe medications, monitor treatment responses, and follow up on patient progress to ensure effective healthcare management.
• Document all patient interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems with accuracy to maintain comprehensive healthcare histories.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care standards and outcomes.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development and staying informed about the latest advancements in women’s health.
