We're hiring an ED Nurse Lead

- 13-Week Contract
- Night Shift (36 or 48 Hours/Week)
- AUTO OFFER
- No Call
- Epic EMR
- Work with one of Southern California's leading healthcare systems.
- Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Previous Charge Nurse, Nurse Lead, or Supervisor experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Current Epic EMR experience (Required)
- Strong leadership, staffing, and team coordination skills
- Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow
- Provide hands‑on clinical support when needed
- Mentor and coach nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
- Promote quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
