This community-based acute care hospital provides a broad range of medical, surgical, emergency, and specialty services in a patient-centered environment. The facility serves a diverse patient population with comprehensive care across multiple service lines. The anesthesia department operates under a fully autonomous CRNA-only practice model within a structured on-site clinical environment.

The surrounding coastal area offers access to a range of beaches, including Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach, as well as the more secluded shores of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The peninsula provides opportunities for hiking, tide pool exploration, horseback riding, and scenic viewpoints overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. San Pedro, at the area's southern boundary, is home to the Port of Los Angeles and several museums, including the Los Angeles Maritime Museum and the Fort Mac Arthur Museum.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts, with no call coverage required. Working alongside a team of four additional anesthesia clinicians, they will manage a diverse case mix that includes GI, ophthalmology, general surgery, OB/GYN, and orthopedic procedures. The autonomous practice model affords a high degree of clinical independence and variety across multiple surgical specialties.
