RN – Nurse Manager Los Angeles, CAWe’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations in a hospital or acute care setting in Los Angeles, California. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about staff development, patient care quality, and operational excellence.
Position Overview- Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling for assigned unit(s)
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership
- Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes
- Active California RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master’s preferred - Minimum 3–5 years clinical nursing experience ; prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Must have OR Experience
