RCMS is seeking a compassionate, skilled Home Health RN to provide high-quality

nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers the opportunity

to travel throughout our coastal region while delivering essential care to vulnerable

members of our community.

• Hourly Rate: $40 – $56, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and mileage reimbursement

• 2–3 days per week:
  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• 8-hour shifts
• One weekend call shift per month

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care, assessments, and patient education
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and communicate directly with physicians and care managers
• Support patients and families in understanding diagnoses, medications, and care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Travel within the RCMS service area to reach patients in their homes

• Current California RN license
• BLS
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
