Compassionate LPN: Medication Care Manager

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support in a senior living environment. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time, ensuring compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards.

You will observe health changes, report adverse reactions, and participate in SHUs, while maintaining medication carts and narcotic counts to safeguard resident safety and quality of care.
