Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Los Angeles, California, 90033!

RN – OB (Labor and Delivery / Antepartum & Postpartum)

Los Angeles, CA | Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | Expected 36–48 hours/week

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Provide antepartum/antenatal and postpartum/postnatal care for maternity patients and normal newborns
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC (required)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
• EPIC experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience in an OB or maternity setting

• Opportunity to work in a specialized maternity unit focused on antepartum and postpartum care in a dynamic acute care environment
• Flexible contract engagement with expected full-time hours on a consistent night shift schedule
