Total RewardsAs a VCA Associate, eligible full‑time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $350,000. The salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
