Responsibilities:- oversee supplier qualification, risk management, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and compliance auditing
- support NPI growth, quality, and regulatory adherence
- collaborate with site QA teams, procurement, and cross-functional partners
- lead supplier relationships, quality projects, and change management initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- minimum 5 years’ experience in product/supplier lifecycle management in GMP-regulated environments for biotherapeutics, synthetic, or advanced therapies
- strong knowledge of GMP, ICH regulations, and regulatory inspections
- excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ability to operate remotely, influence in matrix organizations, and travel 10-15%
- supplier management for biologics, synthetic, and cell/gene therapies
- GMP/ICH compliance

- global stakeholder engagement
