Research Manager

Location: Remote, US | Ability to work roughly Pacific Time hours

Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 base

This is definitely not your typical market research role.

I'm partnering with a small, established and growing research consultancy doing something pretty unique: using survey research and insights to help inform strategy around high-stakes litigation.

After more than a decade of building a successful founder-led business, They're entering their next phase of growth and hiring their first full-time research team member.

This person will work directly alongside the founder and own research engagements from intake through final delivery. It's a great opportunity for someone who likes being hands-on across the entire research process and gets excited about helping build and improve how the work gets done.

• Own multiple research projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Manage timelines, deliverables, vendors and all the moving pieces in between
• Help develop and refine survey questions
• Program and launch online surveys
• Review, clean and analyze survey data
• Identify meaningful findings and help translate them into clear client stories
• Build polished reports and presentations
• Participate in client conversations and learn the litigation side of the business
• Help improve internal processes and bring more research capabilities in-house
• Explore ways AI and new technology can make the research process smarter and more efficient

This could be a great fit for someone with 3+ years of experience within market research, consumer insights, survey research or a related consulting environment.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience writing and/or programming surveys
• Interest in working within litigation space
• Comfort analyzing survey data in Excel or Google Sheets
