Pastry Cook for our A.M shift! PT and FT available.

Candidates should be dedicated individuals who have a strong work ethic, a desire to work within a team, and be open to constant learning and be looking for growth within the restaurant.

• Following the prep list created by Chefs to plan duties
• Measuring ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing etc.,
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
• Set up and prepare assigned station
• Strict adherence to health code guidelines. Clean, organize, and sanitize station
• Timely execution of dishes during service
• Organization and maintenance of storage areas, refrigerators, counters and shelves as needed
• Assisting in the production of any task assigned by the Chefs.

• 1+ years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
• Have a current Food Safety Handlers Card
• Able to follow instructions as a member of the team
• Reliable, hardworking, proactive & organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving situations
• Able to work independently, without constant supervision

• Compensation :
  Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
