What the job does:

As a Tilbury Artist (Retail Makeup Artist), you are responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. You will always represent the Charlotte Tilbury 5 P’s:
Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential. Working as part of an elite team, the Makeup Artist drives business in store by delivering Charlotte Tilbury’s exceptional makeup artistry techniques and services. The Tilbury Artist reflects the brand values and caters to the customer base. You are responsible for achieving sales targets through creating an amazing experience with exemplary service. This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy, along with providing a unique and personalized shopping experience.

• Strive to achieve and exceed personal sales goals, including KPIs such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
• Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Seat customers for makeup services.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team and counter goals.
• Introduce new product launches.
• Consistently promote the Tilbury Touch to customers.

• Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer queries with sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes.
• Seat customers for makeup services.
• Work efficiently and accurately in time-pressured conditions.
• Extend exceptional customer service beyond the store, including makeup applications, directing customers to , and using clientele data to build relationships for customer retention, always in line with company guidelines.
• Follow up extensively with clients to build a productive, sales-oriented client base.

• Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
