The Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in the achievement of business goals of sales, and service. The Sales Lead is ahighperforming member of the store team. The Sales Lead is acustomer centered, friendly, attentive, productive, self-starter with a passion for retail.

You willbe responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, andmaintaininghigh standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service byassistingcustomers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Monitor inventory levels andassistwith replenishment and merchandising activities as needed.
• Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints ina timelyand professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Stayup-to-dateon product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• The Sales Lead may be assigned to the Key Holder role andassistwith opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
