• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks.
• Regularly speak and interact with members, guests and staff.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
• Replenish, monitor, and control inventory.
• Provide customers with product details such as nutritional information or preparation descriptions.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
• Monitor drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours.
• Maintain the highest level of security and protect the company’s assets from employee and member theft.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment.
• Must abide by company policies and SOPs as they may change.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, moving around club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
• Standing or walking for extended periods; maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and clean uniform.
• Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.

California Pay Range: $17.87 – $18.00 per hour.
