CCO | Modernizing PE Talent Workflows with AI

Role Description

We are seeking a rainmaking Director of Strategic Accounts with a proven track record of selling SaaS into PE sponsors and/or portfolio companies. This high‑impact IC role will be the founding seller responsible for overseeing strategic account relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading consultative sales efforts to align client needs with the company's solutions. Key responsibilities include business development, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and fostering long‑term client partnerships to enhance Only Edge's market presence and success.

Given our early‑stage, this role has significant upside and runway for growth and development.

What You’ll Own
  • Full‑cycle sales from prospecting and pipeline generation through close, focusing on PE firms
  • Strategic outreach and relationship building with PE talent teams, operating partners, and Port Cos
  • Forecasting and deal execution
    , owning pipeline, meeting quota, and maintaining CRM data hygiene
  • Category evangelism as a trusted expert and ambassador in transforming how PE firms use data and AI
  • Market feedback and collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership to shape GTM strategy
About You
  • Proven SaaS seller in complex, consultative sales with (ideally) experience selling into PE or Fin Serv
  • Energized by technology
    , AI disruption, and building from the ground up (going 0 to
    1)
  • Strategic storyteller who can translate business challenges into clear, data‑driven value propositions
