• Grow the territory through a strong dealer/distributor strategy
• Target and convert new builders, contractors, and architects
• Maintain a high-volume field call schedule
• Train end users and dealer/distributor sales representatives
• Manage opportunities and CRM activity effectively

• 3–7 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong presentation, training, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Valid driver's license

• Proven track record as a proactive, persistent, and competitive salesperson
• Experience in conducting AIA presentations and Action Selling techniques
