You will work alongside National Account Executives
, who manage corporate-level relationships, while you focus on building and maintaining dealer-level partnerships
. Your primary responsibility is to drive consistent loan production

Qualities of a successful Strategic Dealer Manager- Industry
Experience:
Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred - Sales Track Record: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success
. - Education: High School Diploma required;
College degree preferred (or equivalent experience). - Presentation
Skills:
Ability to understand and persuasively present Westlake’s value through digital communications. - Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology
. - Goal-Oriented Mindset: Self aware individual who will measure themselves for growth and improvement.

- Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
- Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
- Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
- Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
- Hourly position, $17.87/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses
- 6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 per month + commission and bonuses
- Average rep earnings after 1 year - $
- Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $
- Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $
- This performance-driven compensation structure allows you to maximize your earnings with no cap on commissions
