Position Overview

Position Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, building relationships, a deep understanding of the adult alcohol beverage industry, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our portfolio of exceptional products and drive sales growth within an expanding market.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, including retailers, restaurants, bars and event venues
  • Conduct product presentations and weekly tastings to educate customers and promote our portfolio of adult alcohol beverages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new accounts to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to execute effective sales campaigns and initiative to build brand awareness and create velocity in accounts
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the adult alcohol beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for the adult alcohol beverage industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
