Commercial Sales Specialist

We are looking for driven professionals who want to learn to build a long‑term and rewarding career in commercial real estate sales. You do not need to be licensed yet; however, you must be actively pursuing your real estate license or willing to obtain one. As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will learn how to source and qualify investment opportunities, build long‑term relationships with investors, and support transactions from initial prospecting through closing. You will receive hands‑on coaching from experienced brokers while developing the skills, confidence, and professional network needed to succeed in commercial investment sales. Responsibilities
  • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
  • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
  • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
  • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Independent and self‑motivated
  • Real estate license

Compensation
