Retail Salon Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at West Coast Tanning, Inc. The role focuses on sales performance, team leadership, and customer service in a dynamic tanning salon environment.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Hiring and training Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Keeping the salon clean and organized
• Managing opening and closing of the business
• Handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Guiding customers through tanning equipment usage and troubleshooting first‑time questions
• Attending off‑site sales and job training sessions as required

• Hourly base pay starting at $21, with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25/hour
• $800+ monthly bonuses based on store performance

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
