• Engage with customers and actively listen to their needs and preferences
• Provide product information and advice to customers
• Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient communication
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and recommend suitable vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering test drives, addressing questions, and explaining features and benefits of various vehicles
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability for the dealership
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory and pricing options
• Follow up with potential customers and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business
• Respond to Internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM
• Generate sales appointments
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience
• Effectively utilize lead management tools
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Exhibit ethical behavior and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Use lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow and track customer interest

• Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to provide detailed information to customers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
