Coast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and help bring innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory. This role offers structured training, hands‑on mentorship, and a supportive environment where your growth and confidence are priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities- Grow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners.
- Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs.
- Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must reside in the assigned territory of DTLA / San Fernando Valley.
- B.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Outside B2B sales experience.
- Local travel: approximately 95%.
- Business expenses reimbursed.

- High-performing ASRs may be considered for promotion to Territory Manager after 90 days.
