Responsibilities- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
- Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, recommending the best innovative solution based on in‑depth training.
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
- Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
- Make recommendations to customers based on inspections, addressing questions and setting expectations to provide peace of mind.
- Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
- Estimated first‑year earnings: $70,000 – $120,000 USD annually (base salary plus uncapped commission)

- No experience required; sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification if necessary (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willing to work in various weather conditions.
