As a Senior Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering long‑term client partnerships across the beauty and personal care industry. Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Expand revenue across all product lines and develop new business opportunities through strategic initiatives.
  • Lead New Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers through networking, industry connections and proactive outreach.
  • Deepen Customer Relationships: Work closely with clients at all levels (including purchasing, packaging, operations, marketing, design and supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Own Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long‑term growth and client retention.
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Utilize SAP to manage customer accounts, track sales opportunities and report key metrics.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Partner with product development teams to bring fresh, unique offerings to the market.
Qualifications
  • A self‑starter with a passion for driving revenue and building relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in beauty packaging/manufacturing.
  • Technical aptitude to understand product solutions and communicate value to customers.
  • High‑level organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
