• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close business
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Guide customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first-time users
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
