Position Summary
Tri Mark USA seeks a Food service Equipment Sales Executive in Los Angeles County, CA to drive revenue growth in the food service industry. This full‑time, remote role reports to the VP‑Sales and offers a commission‑eligible compensation package.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide expert consultation on equipment selection, layout, and functionality.
- Conduct on‑site visits and assess client needs.
- Develop targeted cold‑calling and emailing campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Maintain a well‑organized and updated sales pipeline.
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Utilize technology tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Deep understanding of food service equipment features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Proven ability to identify, hunt, qualify, and close sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- High level of client satisfaction and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
- Collaborative teamwork to achieve common goals.
- Strong understanding of the food service industry and kitchen layouts.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a related industry.
- Exceptional hunting skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage sales pipelines, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding and interpretation of technical specifications and installation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Background check clearance post‑offer acceptance.
Base salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Eligible for participation in Tri Mark benefits programs, 401K with employer match, and opportunity for role‑based bonus programs.
