- Promote Neurocrine products and manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers in a designated territory
- Drive product acceptance and growth through strategic account management and education
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through both in-person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons to enhance product promotion
- BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned geographic area
- Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare accounts and payer requirements
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
