Surgical Sales Representative

We are partnering with a global leader in advanced surgical technology to hire and support a high-value hospital territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven medical device or capital equipment sales professional who enjoys working with surgeons, hospital leadership, and clinical teams.

• Sell advanced surgical navigation, digital OR, and capital technology solutions into hospitals
• Build relationships with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, OR leadership, and hospital decision-makers
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
• Manage complex capital sales cycles from initial opportunity through close
• Partner closely with clinical and technical teams during evaluations and implementations
• Grow existing accounts while developing new hospital relationships

• 3+ years of medical device, surgical, or hospital capital equipment sales experience
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience selling into the OR, neurosurgery, spine, or surgical specialties is highly preferred
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and territory management skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
