Sales Representative

Job Description We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused

Sales Representative to help grow our dry cleaning business by building relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will promote our dry cleaning and garment care services, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, pressing, and specialty garment care services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local community.
• Contact local businesses, hotels, restaurants, salons, offices, and other organizations to introduce our services.
• Develop business accounts and establish recurring cleaning services.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing accounts to increase sales and retention.
• Explain services, pricing, pickup and delivery options, and account benefits to customers.
• Prepare quotes and service proposals for business customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales activities, and accounts.
• Coordinate with store and production staff to ensure customer orders and business accounts are handled properly.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
• Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Represent the company professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and business meetings.

• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in dry cleaning, laundry, hospitality, retail, or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and develop new business.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain customer records.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for outside sales.
