Regional Account Manager

We’re partnering with an innovative medical company that develops high-quality clinical training solutions used by healthcare professionals, hospitals, medical schools, and nursing programs.

This is a front-line sales opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and developing a territory.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and grow an established multi-state territory
• Develop new business across hospitals, medical schools & nursing programs
• Build relationships with clinical educators, simulation teams & medical leadership
• Deliver product demonstrations and support customer education
• Manage pipeline, forecasting & territory strategy
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows
• Spend 3+ days per week customer-facing

What we’re looking for:

• Based in the Los Angeles area
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Medical, healthcare, life science, or simulation experience is a plus
• Comfortable with regular travel throughout the territory
• Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah & New Mexico is the territory
