As we continue expanding our operations and investing in marketing and lead generation, we are looking for experienced, motivated Account Executives to join our Los Angeles sales team.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced precious metals sales professional to join a growing organization with ambitious goals, a performance-driven compensation structure, and a strong commitment to long-term success.

Our Account Executives play a critical role in the sales process by connecting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, qualifying sales opportunities, and working closely with Senior Account Executives to facilitate successful transactions.

With continued investment in marketing and lead generation, our goal is to provide motivated sales professionals with the opportunities and resources to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Build strong relationships with clients interested in physical gold, silver, and precious metals IRAs.
• Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and develop potential sales opportunities.
• Educate prospective clients on company products and services.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and effectively manage an active sales pipeline.
• Accurately document client interactions and sales activity within the company CRM.
• Consistently work toward individual performance goals and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct precious metals sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Previous experience as an Account Executive, Opener, Sales Representative, or similar role within the precious metals industry.
• Strong understanding of physical gold, silver, and precious metals IRAs.
• Proven ability to engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and maintain consistent sales activity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment.
• Highly motivated, competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership.

Direct precious metals industry experience is required for consideration.

• Up to $200,000 in Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): Competitive earning potential tied to individual sales production and established performance goals.
