The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Culver City Toyota in Los Angeles, CA. The person in this role will assist guests in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles, conduct needs assessments, present product features and benefits, and guide guests through test drives and purchase options. Daily responsibilities include providing detailed vehicle information, explaining financing and leasing options, preparing and reviewing sales documents, and following up with guests to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

The Sales Consultant will collaborate with the sales and finance teams, maintain a professional showroom presence, respond to inquiries in person and by phone or email, and support dealership sales campaigns and promotions.

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand guest needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service in a retail or automotive environment.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse guests and team members.
• Ability to build relationships, handle objections professionally, and close sales in a transparent, guest-centered manner.
• Basic understanding of vehicle features, financing and leasing options, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced showroom environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools for managing leads and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
