Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from introduction to delivery.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles.
- Demonstrate Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
- Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Manage leads, appointments, and customer interactions through our CRM.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and accountable attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
