Regional Sales Manager, Foodservice; Beverage

We are an iconic premium beverage brand with nearly a century of history. We make premium citrus juices, fruit juice drinks and lemonades enjoyed by millions of people at home and away from home, in restaurants, hotels, universities and on cruise ships.

We're entering a new chapter backed by stronger commercial resources and an aggressive growth plan, and Away From Home is a big part of it. This is a chance to build a territory, not just maintain one: you'll own your region's results and go after real white space in food service.

You’ll grow the brand across food service in the West by working through distributors, GPOs, operators and brokers.

• Build and grow relationships with food service distributors (direct customers) and operators (indirect customers) across your region to meet and beat sales goals
• Drive programs and pull-through with regional GPOs
• Lead broker partners week to week: share priorities and results, spot trends and keep the broker team focused on growth
• Train broker and distributor sales teams on our products, promotions and targets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new operator and distributor opportunities
• Partner with our Beverage Equipment team on local and regional dispenser and equipment programs
• Work with Sales Finance on customer contracts, trade promotions and deductions
• Use market and sales data to find growth opportunities and act on them

• 5+ years of sales experience in food service (Away From Home) or CPG
• Regional GPO and food service distributor experience
• A track record of managing brokers and driving results through them
• Based in a Western U.S. metro area within an hour of a major airport, and comfortable with regular travel
• Thrives in a fast-moving, changing environment

• Juice sales experience in food service (other beverage experience also considered)
• Experience with beverage equipment or dispenser programs

We're open to strong candidates at different career stages, from proven mid-career sellers to seasoned regional leaders with 10 to 15+ years.

• Base salary of $125,000 to $135,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience
• 10% target bonus
