Nodpod is a female-founded and owned startup sleep-wellness brand based in California. We design and sell award-winning weighted sleep products, including The Weighted Blanket for Your Eyes—a strap‑free weighted sleep mask—and Nodpod BODY, a chest-sized weighted pod. Nodpod’s mission is to transform sleep wellness through simple, innovative products that deliver natural stress relief and better rest.

Own wholesale orders from start to finish. Process orders from Faire, Market Time, and other wholesale and marketplace channels, manage our storefronts, and partner with our Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to make sure every order ships accurately and on time.

Be the go‑to contact for our partners. Support wholesalers, sales reps, and marketplaces like Faire, Market Time, Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, and eBay with order updates, onboarding, and quick problem‑solving.

Support our Key Account Manager. Monitor EDI health for major retail accounts, keep vendor portals up to date & communicate any impacts to our scorecard to necessary internal stakeholders for mitigation, and take on ops and admin tasks that help big accounts thrive.

Keep the money and data clean. Generate invoices, maintain our product SKU catalog across every platform, and use simple reporting to spot ways to save time and money.

Protect the brand. Work with our brand‑protection agency, Marq Vision, to catch counterfeits, flag pricing issues, and keep wholesale partners aligned with how Nodpod should look and sell.

• Love spreadsheets and are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data cleanup
• Catch the small details others miss, especially in pricing, product data, and account info
• Juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without breaking a sweat
• Communicate clearly and warmly with partners and teammates
• Take initiative, jump in where needed, and enjoy learning new systems

• Experience with Faire, Market Time, or B2B e-commerce platforms;
• familiarity with EDI;
• exposure to Net Suite, Salesforce, and/or a WMS;
• Interest in growing your career in CPG sales operations.
