Chemist II

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and be capable of working independently on complex projects. The position requires expertise in HPLC method development and method validation, as well as protein and/or large molecule separation experience.

• HPLC Method development and method validation
• Protein and/or large molecule separation experience
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Data analysis and communication skills

• BS, MS Preferred

• 5 years with BS, 3 years with MS

• Work independently and be familiar with common analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Interpret data, particularly HPLC, MS, LCMS, FTIR, etc.
• Perform data analysis and apply statistical methods.
• Conduct exploratory research to produce new knowledge and potential products.
• Organize, promote, and execute ideas and plans to enhance chemistry's role in product discovery.
• Develop research proposals for new or improved products, synthetic methods, processes, and testing techniques.
• Recommend utilization of results or changes in scope or termination of projects.
• Formulate, deliver, and manage projects to advance existing or introduce new technology and therapies.
• Act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals.
