• Provide armed protection for clients, facilities, and high-risk environments
• Conduct routine patrols, surveillance monitoring, and access-control procedures
• Respond quickly to emergencies, disturbances, and security breaches
• Maintain a strong, visible security presence to deter criminal activity
• Prepare accurate daily activity logs and detailed incident reports
• Interact professionally with clients, staff, visitors, and law enforcement
• Enforce safety policies and site regulations
• Identify potential threats and report suspicious behavior
• Follow all weapon safety and handling procedures at all times

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (required)
• Minimum 1 year of armed security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, patrol, and remain vigilant for long periods
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
