As a Security Officer - Unarmed Office Park Patrol in Los Angeles, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, to the proper authorities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with building tenants, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support site-specific security-related objectives.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
